M2M Properties is a Real Estate & Maintenance Service company. We provide a wide range of real estate services such as property management, facility management, asset management, sales/brokerage, leasing, bookkeeping/accounting, construction management, facility maintenance, handyman services and consulting.
We have been successful due to our willingness to customize our services to match our client’s needs. Some clients desire full service with all aspects of their investment property managed while other clients desire partial service. We are happy to provide the various services our clients’ desire.
M2M Properties is currently involved with both commercial and residential properties. We service properties totaling over two million square feet.
All of our clients’ receive a bank statement with their monthly financial report which provides a check and balance system. Clients also receive an annual budget, rent roll and reserve study.
M2M Properties employs its own maintenance staff which allows for fast, competent response to tenant maintenance issues.
