Our maintenance coordinator will respond to you the next business day.
Maintenance Emergencies
If your maintenance request is an emergency (an immediate threat to life or property) please contact us during normal business hours at (916) 721-9525 and please identify that you have a maintenance emergency. If your emergency is after hours, please call the same phone number, but leave a message in the maintenance emergency mailbox ext. 911 and a staff member will be paged and will return your phone call within fifteen minutes. |
